  2. Product Availability: All products listed are subject to availability. In case an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly.
  3. Pricing & Payment: All prices are listed in PKR and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept payments via Cash on Delivery and other methods listed at checkout.
  4. Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, especially in cases of suspicious activity or incorrect information.
  5. Shipping & Delivery: We aim to deliver orders within 2–6 working days. However, delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control.
  6. Returns & Exchanges
  •  Returns are accepted under specific conditions as outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.
  • A parcel opening video is mandatory for all claims.
