Return & Refund Policy

At Homista, we take pride in offering premium-quality home products and a satisfying shopping experience. However, if you face any issue with the product you receive, we do offer a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Conditions for Return/Exchange:

1. Parcel Opening Video is Mandatory:

  • A clear and continuous video of unboxing must be recorded from the moment you receive the sealed parcel.
  • The video must not be paused, edited, or cut.
  • The parcel label, product condition, and the issue (if any) must be clearly visible.

2. Submit the Video Within 24 Hours:

  • Share the unboxing video with our team within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • Videos sent after 24 hours will not be accepted for return or exchange.

3. Product Condition:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • All tags, accessories, and freebies (if included) must be returned along with the product.

4. Wrong or Defective Item Received:

If you receive a damaged, defective, broken, or incorrect item, we’ll offer an exchange or full refund

5.Return Not Accepted In The Following Cases:

  • No video or an edited/paused video is shared.
  • Video is submitted after 24 hours of delivery.
  • Product is used, washed, or worn.
  • Slight color/design variation due to lighting or camera (not considered a defect).

Change of mind or personal dislike after receiving the product.

6.Replacement Process:

  • After receiving the returned product, our quality team will inspect the item.
  • If the claim is found valid (wrong/damaged/defective item), we will ship the replacement.
  • This process may take 2–3 working days after receiving the return.
