Can I return or exchange a product?

At Homista, we offer returns or exchanges if you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product. A clear, unedited parcel opening video is required and must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Items must be unused and returned with all tags and packaging. Returns won’t be accepted without a video, after 24 hours, or if the product is used. Valid claims will be processed within 2–3 working days after inspection.
